Traci's "Homes For Change"
REAL ESTATE IS ABOUT BUILDING COMMUNITY
Spokane has been my home for the past 8 years, and every year I’m surprised by the natural treasures and vibrant culture that the city and Inland PNW has to offer. In my opinion, there is no question that Spokane is “sneaky awesome”... there’s always something delightful to discover!

My background is in social non-profits, and I always wanted to bring that same passion into my real estate career and give back to my adopted hometown. I believe everyone (at least, everyone I’ve ever represented!) wants to be a good neighbor to those in their community. And when people love and support one another, thriving communities form. In other words, every home sold carries the potential for dynamic social change.
That same spirit compels me to always donate 10% of my proceeds to a local community benefit of your choice. If there is any local organization that you are passionate about, I’d love to not only help you find the right home or buyer as your real estate agent, but also help you give back to Spokane in a way that makes a lasting impact.
After all, being a good neighbor means more than just living in the same city—it's about investing in the place we all call home.
Here are Three of My Favorite Local Non-Profits:
Employment and Education for Former Refugees
Care and Resources for Survivors of Human Trafficking
Mentorship for Urban Youth Via Soccer
WHAT I DO FOR FUN
TOURING THE TOWN
When I’m not out and about showing houses, I’m often out and about with my family! During the colder months, we’ll be skiing 49 north and cross country skiing Mt. Spokane. And when the weather turns for the better, you’ll catch us biking to our favorite coffee shops and restaurants. That is… unless we’re already at Bloomsday, Hoopfest, and one of our favorite bands is performing at the Spokane Pavilion (such a GREAT outdoor concert venue)!
GIVING BACK
While no longer having a career in non profit, I always keep one foot in the charity world. Beyond our volunteer involvement at church, for the past two years I have served at “Spokane for Good” (a Giving Circle that helps professional women connect and contribute to our community), and for 6 years have served on the Board of Directors with Global Neighborhood Thrift. I am furthering my professional education at Gonzaga, and hope to continue to be a part of businesses and initiatives leading our community.
ENJOYING OUR HOME
All that said, I wouldn’t be a very good real estate agent if I didn’t have a little “homebody” in me! On days I’m not traipsing the streets and paths of Spokane with my family, I am in the backyard on my yoga mat, stretching out my spine in a way that only the simple forward fold can! I love finding new healthy recipes with what is growing in our garden… just as much as I love baking the same sugary, soul-warming desserts from childhood! Regardless, we feel most at peace when our house is filled with friends and neighbors dropping in hoping to catch up and connect.
I’m a real estate agent that is as passionate about giving back to her community as I am about baking an apple pie after visiting Greenbluff.

I bring that same energy into my relationships with my clients, promising to :

-
Pursue your best interests and protect you from unseen risks
-
Understand your goals and communicate how we achieve them
-
Take care of staging, contractors, and paperwork so you focus on the big decisions

Choosing me as your real estate agent is choosing a local friend to make this big next step one that is simple, satisfying, and exciting from start to finish.
